At its core, the defining responsibility of an education community is the intentional transfer of stewardship—ensuring that the next generation is not merely prepared to enter society, but equipped to sustain, lead, and elevate it. Today’s world moves rapidly, and the path from the classroom to a career is rarely linear. Navigating those pivotal transitions can feel overwhelming—but no student, and no family, should ever have to walk that path alone.

Game Plan Education Group was established, not as a transactional tutoring or enrichment service, but as a premier, foundational institution—a stewardship practice built on high-level executive professionalism and rooted in deep, authentic community care. We aim to provide access to success skills—especially for the underserved—necessary to compete and thrive in an increasingly competitive societal landscape.

Our Mission

To bridge the gap between academic potential and lifelong professional success by providing a structured stewardship framework. We are dedicated to equipping students with the essential “Cognitive Toolkit”; success skills to ensure they will thrive in any environment, from the classroom to the boardroom and in life.

Our Vision

To create a seamless, lifelong education network that empowers students of all learning styles—including those who are neurodivergent—to move from academic discipline to professional mastery. We envision a world where every student has access to the executive-function coaching, academic & college advising and professional stewardship required to build a sustainable, successful future.

The Gaps We Bridge

Many young people enter high school, college, and their careers without essential success skills. Compounded by neurodivergence, schools and dedicated classroom teachers are often stretched too thin to fill these gaps.

At Game Plan, our coaches and educators live this work—many bringing their own lived experience with neurodivergence. The Game Plan Success Skills method builds the focus, discipline, and strategic judgment students need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

We are here for the underserved—supporting students and families who lack access to this framework when school resources are overextended.

Phase I

Game Plan Academy

Grades 3–8

Focus: Executive-function coaching, core success skills, and foundational academic advising.

Delivery: Integrated after-school partnerships with YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and local school districts—designed specifically for how children actually learn.

Phase II

The Craft Lab

Grades 9–12

Focus: Transitioning from generalist to mastery through specialized EF coaching, college advising, and personalized stewardship—serving as a powerful companion alongside standard schooling.

Phase III

The Stewardship Network

College and Beyond

Focus: Direct bridge to industry professionals across medicine, law, entrepreneurship, marketing, education, and executive leadership.
