Grades 3–8

Objective: Building the Cognitive

Focus: Creating academic discipline through advising in a joyous environment, built on our GPA Foundational Pillars and Core Principles. Students gain Success Skills — time management, organization, inquiry, focus — essential in every professional field. We aim to alleviate family anxiety by winning the homework battle early.

Phase II - The Discovery

The Craft Lab

Grades 9–12

Objective: Identifying Mastery

Focus: Strategic academic advising, self-observation, and aligning coursework with a student’s craft and societal need. Students learn to apply portable skills to a specific craft: uniquely practicing a special gift, talent or ability. With guidance, they move from generalists to adaptable specialists.

Phase III - The Impact

The Stewardship Network

College and Beyond

Objective: Launching with Authority

Focus: Connection to our Advisory Board Network of college alumni and established industry leaders. We bridge the transition from education to contribution. Our graduates do not just enter the workforce; they enter with a network of advocates who value their unique mastery and universal work ethic.
